Sourdough Woodfired Pizza is a tradition in Naples, and The Pizza Trailer has brought the tradition to Canberra! Our dough is uniquely prepared using a 30 year old sourdough starter. Once the dough has proved for up to 48 hours, its then hand stretched to order, topped using the highest quality, fresh and where possible local ingredients, and cooked in our woodfired oven. The pizzas take 90 seconds to cook and we can cook up to 5 pizzas at a time.

Minimum 30 pizzas
Please note that an event for 30 pizzas requires a minimum of 4 hours preparation and a minimum of 3 hours for set up and service.
